1. Introduction

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform — registration of an Account is not required for these Terms to apply. If you access the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, partnership or other legal person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.

b9666 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

4. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and access the full features of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or artificial entities may not register as Users for the purpose of personal gambling activity.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing accurate, current and complete information. You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth and your country of residence. You may also be asked to provide your mobile number, which may be used for two-factor authentication and account verification purposes.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your Account is accurate, truthful and complete. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

5.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed, and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. b9666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. 5.5 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any other time b9666 deems appropriate — you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid identity documents. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or other equivalent document. Documents must be valid, unaltered and clearly legible. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6. Platform Use

6.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 7.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. b9666 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit payment source is legitimately owned by the Account holder before processing any associated withdrawal.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder, consistent with the method used for deposits where practicable. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 7.4 Currency

Transactions on b9666 may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier section. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction will be displayed prior to confirmation. b9666 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for currency fluctuation losses.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives described on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply individually to each offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts (commonly expressed in PKR), wagering requirements (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30x), eligible game types and their contribution percentages, time limits within which wagering must be completed, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

b9666 actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically structured bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, using bonus funds on excluded game categories, or colluding with other users to generate artificial play volumes. Where bonus abuse is detected, b9666 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the Account.

8.3 Changes to Promotions

b9666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Users who have validly claimed a qualifying offer prior to the modification date.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, conceal or conduct money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, generate play or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine individual use.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, using VPN services or other means to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or otherwise offensive conduct toward Platform staff or other Users.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from b9666.

10. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property on or forming part of the Platform — including but not limited to the b9666 name, logo, domain, written guides, design elements, software code, databases and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of b9666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b9666 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written consent from b9666.

Any User-generated content submitted to b9666 — including feedback, reviews or support correspondence — grants b9666 a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform, subject to applicable data protection obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. b9666 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 No Liability for Gambling Losses

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9666 holds its operating licence, without regard to that jurisdiction's conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are required in the first instance to raise the matter directly with the b9666 support team at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence within 30 calendar days of it being raised, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the governing licence.

14.3 Pakistani Users

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable local laws may restrict or prohibit certain gambling activities. b9666 does not provide legal advice on this matter. Pakistani users are solely responsible for seeking independent legal guidance on the lawfulness of their intended activities and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
